Environment Please insert "Reduce reliance on fossil fuels".

Strategic Infrastructure: Please insert as the first bullet point "Reduce the need to travel through provision of onsite facilities, small shops, doctor's surgeries, within developments". Change the order of the bullet points - the" sustainable and integrated transport system" should come before the "Highways Improvements". Change the word Highways improvements to Highways works.
