Chapter 3: Scope of the DPD

3.1The DPD identifies and defines the site allocation which flows from policy A13 within the CLP. In terms of geographical scope, the plan is applicable within the boundaries set out below in Figure 1. Comment

3.2As per policy A13, the DPD also provides a framework masterplan for the development (including how it relates to the surrounding area) and guidance which will help ensure the successful design and delivery of the development encompassed by the site allocation. Comment
