In recent years the local public transport has failed to adequately support the strategic transport network. For example the local bus services have declined in terms of routes, service hours and frequency. Several bus services now do not run after 6pm and do not even reach the Chichester train station. For many shool, working and commuting people local public transport is now near useless. Your plan should address this.
The emphasis on private car use is misguided, for local transport.
