To apply a top-down government imposition on the District and then guess what you can get from Parishes is completely unacceptable.It conflicts with the National Planning Policy Framework (2018) which states 'Central to this is the voice of local communities.They should be able to determine not only the right number of homes for their area but how they fit in.'
