Opening para, after "be" insert "masterplanned as a whole and be". After "requirements" add "and incorporate the Vision and Policies of the Tangmere Neighbourhood Plan:" Amend proposed to ensure the TNP is integral to this Policy.

Sub para .1, replace "planned" with "masterplanned".
Amends adding masterplanned proposed to make clear that this allocation will be masterplanned i.a.w. Policy S32.1 and for consistency with other AL Policies where the term "masterplanned" is used.

Sub para 3. Replace ". Opportunities will be sought to" with "and". Amend proposed to ensure delivery of enhanced essential infrastructure included in Policy. Note comments elsewhere with regards Primary Education and Open Space.

Sub para 4. Replace "Opportunities.... of" with "Make provision for" to ensure integration with other new neighbourhoods in area, is included in Policy.

Sub para 5. Add at end "and surrounding area". Note open countryside nature of surrounding land.

Sub para 6 line 1. Replace "providing a link with Tangmere Road" with "and provide a link with Tangmere Road to the West of existing settlement". Amend proposed for clarity.

Sub para 7. Second sentence, replace "Opportunities .....explored" with "Make provision" to ensure maximisation of non car transport options are provided for in Policy.

Sub para 8. Delete "or relocation" as relocation is no longer envisaged.
