Representation Summary:
Local schools including Mundham, Sidlesham and the Free School are full.
The proposal of houses would increase the population size dramatically. This would change a rural village into a subsection of Chichester and lose its identity as well as crucial land used to harvest crops.
The A27 is almost always gridlocked, creating problems down the B2145. New housing would create pandemonium at the roundabout north of Hunston.
Without any GP surgeries in the local area, Hunston residents use surgeries in Chichester. 200 new families would have to register there too.
