Increased flooding risk.

No indications that current sewage, drainage and water utilies will cope with development.

Change from HELAA 2018 allocations not acceptable.

Current plans would add 900 cars to B2145 and 800 to B2166 all meeting at the roundabout north of Hunston.

Increase in traffic and housing will result in increased air pollution, damaging peoples health.

Different numbers proposed from SA of the Site Allocation DPD 2018.

We cannot afford to give up productive land.

Population of the Peninsula doubles in the summer, current road infrastructure cannot cope.

Hunston Copse and surrounding fields support a wide range of wildlife.
