Full text:

There are very limited housing allocations to the south of the city despite this being close to the railway station, shopping and leisure and the new school. When 'South West of Chichester AL6' was called SL164, in a previous plan, it had a capacity of 750 houses and this allocation would help to pay for the proposed link road. In a previous plan Site CC175 had enough space for 500 houses and this site is next to the new school with good transport links and sustainable routes to the City Centre. Nearly all site are linked to the WSCC Minerals Plan so this should not be a restriction for this site.
