Why would anyone want to visit Chichester when it will look like anywhere else, a mass of cloned housing, concrete and traffic jams, it appears that there is an inability to cope with today's damage and pollution let alone anything in the future. Obviously the threat of global warming and the continual concreting over of green spaces in and around Chichester does not seem to be connected with commitments of cutting carbon by 2020, 17th December this year, a BBC report on cement said it creates at least 8% of the worlds CO2 emissions (Chatham House). COP24 claimed that annual emissions from cement need to fall by 16% by 2030, I'm glad to see that CDC are committed to protecting the environment for the future.
