Section 6.22 not clear how site can be severed from city by A27 and at same time be an "extension to the city". Section also optimistic in expectations of quality and impact of walking-and-cycling infrastructure.
Plan should be encouraging home working.
Two proposed changes should also be implemented in all other Policies where the same wording occurs.
