The framework suggests sustainable development which is 'plan led' but the plans to build on Bethwines Farm Fishbourne are 'developer led' and not in line with the Neighborhood Plan in any way.
Further that 'New development must achieve sustainable development principles and must not adversely affect the character, quality, amenity or safety of the built environment, wherever it occurs'. Building on Bethwines farm will adversely affect all of these aspects and is therefore completely opposing to your policy.
