Policy S18 does not take sufficient account of the distinctive area, poor roads, poor public transport and relative lack of employment referred to in 4.121 & 4.122 by advocating the building of hundreds and maybe thousands of new houses.
The word SUSTAINABLE appears more than 150 times in this document but in the case of the WEstern Manhood Peninsula is completely meaningless.
