9. Demonstration that sufficient capacity will be available within the sewer network, including waste water treatment works, to accommodate the proposed development;
It has been suggested that the sewer system, contrary to obvious responses from the provider, Southern Water, are not currently adequate, let alone with more pressure on them. Surface water in such a high water table area will increase problems and impact on the sewage network.
