The proposed number of dwellings is excessive and not needed, and the lack of proposed improved infrastructure and services is unacceptable. Roads are already busy and in disrepair, the school, dentist and GP are already oversubscribed. There is no justification to build this excessive number of dwellings and the effects of this scale of development will radically alter the village forever.
