Bosham is in the AONB a historic village with its own identity. Between Chichester and Emsworth there is a sense of place reflected in separate villages which provides the context to this area..Taking into consideration policies A6, A7,9,10 and 13, there is encroaching development along the A259 causing coalescence. between the villages. other points for consideation flooding and the adequate provision for sewerage.
There is no provision for green lungs to offset the coalescence and replace wild life habit which will be eroded.
