Re: Chichester Local Plan 2021-2039 – Main Modifications Consultation – Policy A14 Land West of Tangmere MM78
In response to the Main Modifications Consultation, the revised map of 10.8 (below) is not in accordance with the CPO agreement dated the 7 December 2023 between the following parties:
1. Chichester District Council,
2. Countryside Properties (UK) Limited and
3. Saxon Meadow Tangmere Limited.

Please see the attached copy of said agreement.

We respectfully request that this matter is resolved and is corrected on your consultation planning portal to assure all parties are acting and will continue to act in good faith and in accordance with the CPO agreement.
