The continued use of the word 'winter' for caravan storage is old hat. Storage is generally year round and it is more sustainable to allow caravan owners to store their caravans either on or near to the sites that they tour to as opposed to taking them home after each trip. Indeed most, if not all, recent permissions for caravan storage have been year round.
Winter caravan storage should not be limited solely to existing caravan sites.
