Representation Summary:
Increase in population above average 65+ should be addressed, and provide an opportunity for increasing the number of those in work and a higher percentage of social and low cost home ownership dwellings provided.
No more market housing is built except that with extant permission. Affordable rented housing and low cost home ownership dwellings including specialist housing should be encouraged and actively pursued and to a high design standard.
