Representation Summary:
We object to the way the settlement policy boundary reviews are proposed to take place in the Plan. We prefer an earlier boundary review now for all settlements in the Plan including Chidham and Hambrook. A boundary amendment could increase the supply of windfall sites in an urban area and reduce the requirement for new greenfield allocations in the later DPD or Neighbourhood Plan.
