Development Industry Questionnaire - February 2026

Chichester District Council is looking to seek views from the development industry on the current pressures on development within the Chichester Local Plan area.

The council are wanting to work closely with local developers and registered providers to ascertain what the key pressures are on the development industry within Chichester and look at steps the council could take to help improve overall housing delivery. The results from this questionnaire will be used to help inform further work on the council’s forthcoming Housing Delivery Action Plan.
