Coastal Partners support that the extent and location of the allocation and the proposed masterplan avoid current and expected future areas at risk of tidal flooding. The fact that these are supported by a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment and a Sustainability Appraisal that also considered flood risk makes the DPD appropriately justified and consistent with national policy.
