Thank you for consulting with Southern Water, we welcome the obligations on Site Specific Flood Risk and would recommend the inclusion of the following from Policy NE17 Water Management and Water Quality of the Local Plan - c) no surface water from new development will be discharged to the public foul or combined sewer system – as this may require the Developer to have to seek other means of surface water disposal, resulting in 106 agreements or applied CIL funding for off site surface water provisions.
