5.12 Repayment period on larger developments

The statement should clarify that mitigation work will not be delayed solely on delay of these mitigation payments. Other funding must be made available. The payment period negotiated through the S106 agreement should be reduced to 10 years to enhance the possibility of commencement of any mitigation scheme and encourage developers to complete developments.

Requests clarification of effect on mitigation work commencement an period of repayment reduction to 10 years.
