The council is seeking your views on the Housing Delivery Statement and the Principles contained within with regard to its use as a decision-making tool in the determination of planning applications for new residential development.
This consultation is not a call for sites, and we would ask that you please do not submit proposals for the development of specific sites.
If you wish to discuss a site that you own or are promoting, please submit a request to the pre-application advice service or alternatively you may wish to wait and submit the site to the council via the forthcoming call for sites as part of the update to the Land Availability Assessment.
