No mention of how the extra traffic burden from 250 dwellings onto A259/A27 is to be mitigated. School is already over subscribed. Mention of railway station..not good link only 1 train an hour into Chichester and back and service is constantly under threat having already been cut in the last timetable reorganisation.Why specifically highlight older people's housing in an outlying areas. Not a great idea when services are limited. Unless this is adequately addressed in future iterations of the plan, i will raise it with the examiner at the appropriate time
