7.61 Makes no mention of perhaps the best employment site that should be part of this plan which is in the current adopted plan of Westhampnett (for residential) South of Goodwood aerodrome. This site needs to be included as it would serve the North and the hard to reach rural communities that wold currently have to utilise 2 transport modes (bus) to get to the proposed employment sites in the plan.
